You can request a return or exchange for one or more products by contacting us within 14 days of the date you received your parcel.
All items must be unworn in their original condition, with all original tags and packaging intact to be eligible for return.
Returns and Exchanges are free in France
Exchanges are free in Europe (except UK).
Europe and International orders, the returns costs are your responsibility (excluding defective items).
Please note that only items returned in new condition and in their original packaging will be accepted.
For returns we recommend Colissimo. We strongly advise that you send your return to us using a registered, trackable service, with signature and with the products fully insured, in the event that the parcel should get lost.

Returning Items From Outside the EU
When returning items from outside the EU please be sure to include ‘Returns’ clearly at the top of the address and declare the goods as returns to the courier/postal service. This will prevent your return being delayed by French customs, allowing us to process it faster.

Exchanges

and provide us with a replacement size and/or color from those available
We will send you a free return label.We will then hold the new item for you and as soon as we receive your return, we will ship to the address from your original order.
You will receive a Shipping confirmation email when the package has been dispatched.
Will you reimburse me for the shipping costs if I return an item?
In the event of a return, the shipping costs are your responsibility *. However, we will reimburse the costs if the product has a defect. In this case, contact our customer service at: contact@mvanparis.com
In the case of an exchange, the cost of returning the item is free in Europe and the cost of sending the new item is also our responsibility.
Refunds
Once your return has been accepted, we will immediately issue your refund and send you an email confirmation. The time needed to process your refund may vary based on the payment method used.
Please note that we do not refund the shipping fees.
